Every NobodySchool digital product ships with a 14-day refund-proof refund. If you've tried the product for 14 days and it hasn't helped you, email [email protected] with the word "refund" in the subject line and the email you used to buy. We send every dollar back.
No forms. You don't fill out a 12-question exit survey.
No "tell us why." You don't have to justify the refund.
No saying it back to a chatbot. You email a human. A human replies.

Because on most NobodySchool products — especially MRR bundles — the math defends itself. If you resell the product one time, you're already break-even. We'd rather you make the money back from a buyer than ask for it back from us. The guarantee exists because we don't need it to exist.
We process refunds within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 more business days to show up in your account (that's Stripe's timeline, not ours).
For Pro membership ($27/mo), you can cancel any time inside your account settings. Refunds on subscription months are prorated — email us and we'll handle it.
Business In A Box ($297 + rev share) has a separate refund policy: 14-day refund window on the setup fee if we haven't delivered your custom funnel yet. Once the funnel is delivered and launched, the setup fee is non-refundable. The ongoing 15% rev share simply stops if you cancel.
If you have an issue with a purchase, email us first. We'll fix it or refund it within 3 days. Chargebacks cost us disproportionate fees and trigger our payment processor — please don't jump to them unless we've failed to respond.
